THE OPPORTUNITY

One of Northeast Ohio's largest, fastest growing and most creative retail and consumer products organizations seeks a Color Specialist/Designer for a full-time permanent position. The position is responsible for impacting the color production quality as well as delivering the design and production ready content for all consumer and in-store print media, while assuring branding continuity in addition to developing creative for existing and new brands.

This person will be involved in the continuous improvement, evolution and application of photographic and print technology, database archiving, color separations and all pre-press work for a full-range of promotional materials including catalogs, store signage and direct mail. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

1-3+ years' color separation and graphic design experience.
Web design experience a plus (35%), with strong production background (65%).
Technical knowledge of printing process.
MAC Operating System; Quark Express 7.0; InDesign; Photoshop CS3; Illustrator CS3; Adobe Acrobat Reader; Flash and Dreamweaver a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or equivalent education.

SKILLS/CHARACTERISTICS

Excellent color and design sense with technical expertise.
Strong organizational, communication and time management skills.

RATE

Commensurate with experience.
