Role and Team

Small team environment
VERY entrepreneurial, with developers working on solo projects often
Good architecture in place to build off of, but risk taking and trying new technologies strongly encouraged
Agile methodologies followed lightly, with some small team breakouts and programmer pairings.

Required Skills and Background

Bachelors Degree in related field
6+ years experience as a developer
3+ years experience with C#, ASP.NET/VB.NET, SQL Server 2005/2008
Experience with WCF Web Services / WCF and SOAP services preferred
Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) and computer science foundations, such as memory management and low-level algorithm performance
Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer)
Experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA)
Experience with SalesForce.com a plus

Skills / Characteristics

Ability to design and optimize SQL Server 2008 stored procedures
Ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to an existing, complex environment
Self-motivated, independent, and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills
Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices
